Art Casting dealt with the casting, finishing and patination in bronze. Because of the monumental scale of the work as well as the site for its installation, a stability study included a calculation of the possible wind loads. This study formed the basis for advice on internal reinforcement and anchoring in stainless steel.

Because of its physical size this artwork could not be transported in one piece. The left wing was fitted at its installation site where it was welded together, the welds metal-chased and finally patinated.
